Wi.De Quadrilatero, owned by Wi.De Quadrilatero, with registered office at Via delle Orfane, 16E, Turin, TO, Italy, 10122, in its capacity as Data Controller pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 applicable from 25 May 2018 – General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (hereinafter, for convenience, referred to as the GDPR or as the “Applicable Law”), provides this notice solely for the website https://www.widequadrilatero.it (“Website”). This notice does not concern and does not apply to other websites that may be consulted via external links, and constitutes the information provided pursuant to Articles 13 et seq. of the Applicable Law.

The processing of your personal data by Wi.De Quadrilatero is carried out in accordance with the principles of accountability, lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, storage limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, in line with the provisions of the Applicable Law and the confidentiality obligations set out therein.

Wi.De Quadrilatero, with registered office at Via delle Orfane, 16E, Turin, TO, Italy, 10122 (hereinafter briefly “Wi.De Quadrilatero”), for the purposes specified below in connection with the provision of its services, the submission of information and contact requests through its website, and the operation of said website (hereinafter the “Website”), processes your personal data obtained in the course of performing the Services and/or during your browsing of this Website, in its capacity as Data Controller.
The Data Controller determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING

For “Personal Data” we mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the data subject), in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to that person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

Browsing data

The IT systems of the Website collect certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

Your personal data, provided through the Website, will be processed by Wi.De Quadrilatero for the following purposes:

a) Registration on the Wi.De Quadrilatero Website, as well as purposes necessary to provide the offered Services, which takes place mainly through automated and computerised means, pre-contractual steps, and contract conclusion. In relation to certain services, Wi.De Quadrilatero will provide you with further and specific information on personal data processing, in addition to this privacy notice.
Legal basis: the provision of the contracted service itself or the response to a request; consent is not required under the Applicable Law.

b) Research/statistical analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, without any possibility of identifying you, solely to measure the functioning of the Website, assess traffic, usage, and the level of interest generated.
This purpose does not involve the processing of personal data.

c) Compliance with legal obligations, regulations, EU legislation, orders and requirements of competent authorities to which Wi.De Quadrilatero is subject.
Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations; consent is not required.

d) Pursuit of our legitimate interests as Data Controller, such as handling complaints and disputes, debt recovery, and the prevention of fraud and unlawful activities.
Legal basis: Wi.De Quadrilatero’s legitimate interest, including to exercise and/or defend its rights where necessary.

e) Carrying out commercial and promotional communications to the email address you provided as data subject, relating to Wi.De Quadrilatero’s services and activities.
Providing consent for the above purpose is optional, but failure to provide it may make it impossible to respond to a request or fulfil an obligation to which Wi.De Quadrilatero is subject or has been asked to fulfil.

TRANSFERS

Some of your personal data may need to be transferred to Recipients outside the European Union, in compliance with the Applicable Law.

DATA RETENTION

Wi.De Quadrilatero will process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes detailed in Section 3, thus for a limited period differing according to the type of activity that involves personal data processing. Once this period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

  • Data collected to conclude and perform contracts will be retained for ten (10) years from the contract conclusion date.

  • Billing-related data will be retained for ten (10) years from the invoice date.

  • Your data as a Registered User, entered at the time of registration on the site, will be retained until deletion of the profile is requested.

  • Data you communicated to Wi.De Quadrilatero via forms will be retained until deletion is requested.

  • Any attachments and the data contained therein will be retained for 12 months from receipt.

  • Data provided for commercial communications and/or newsletter activities will be retained until you request that activity be stopped and/or unsubscribe from the service, or otherwise until you ask us to cease sending.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Within the limits of the Applicable Law, as the data subject whose personal data are processed through the Wi.De Quadrilatero Website, you may exercise at any time the following rights: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist and, if so, to gain access to and a copy of them. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Wi.De Quadrilatero may refuse to provide such a copy if doing so would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others; the right to obtain information on: the source of the personal data; the purposes and methods of the processing; the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the help of electronic means; the identification details of the controller and, if appointed, of the processors and the privacy representative; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated;
the right to obtain: the updating, rectification, or integration of data; the erasure, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, in the cases provided by applicable law; the restriction of processing in the cases provided by law; the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication; the right to withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis of the processing, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in the cases provided by applicable law; to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance; the right to obtain confirmation that each recipient to whom the personal data have been transmitted has been notified of any rectification or erasure or restriction of processing, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort in relation to the protected right. CHANGES

This Privacy Policy has been in force since 25 May 2018. Wi.De Quadrilatero reserves the right to amend or simply update its content, in whole or in part, also due to changes in the Applicable Law. Wi.De Quadrilatero will inform you of such changes as soon as they are introduced, and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Website. In any case, any changes made over time to this notice will be duly published in the appropriate section of this Website.
